Car maintenance can be pushed to the side when life gets busy, which is why Mercedes devised The Flexible Service System to give you the alerts you need to keep your vehicle at its peak condition. Your Mercedes-Benz has a number of moving parts that all need the right amount of attention and care, which makes this scheduling program integral to extending the life of your vehicle. There are two components that you need to follow via your Maintenance Service Indicator System: Service A and Service B.

Maintenance Service Indicator System

The indicator system is set to let you know when you’ll need service about a month before you need it. You’ll continue to receive messages as the time counts down as to what needs to be done to the car and when you need to complete it by. Once it hits the final day, you’ll get a very clear message that either Service A or Service B is due now. If you aren’t able to take your car in at the time, the car will keep track of how far over your service is by both days and miles. If you’ve exceeded the recommendations, you’ll be greeted with a specific noise signal to alert you of what needs to be done.

When you need fast and friendly service, Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs can make it easy to get your vehicle back to its optimum driving condition. Our expert technicians are trained to use the best diagnostic and repair technology for your vehicle.

Service A

Your Mercedes-Benz isn’t just any ordinary car and therefore requires more than just an ordinary service schedule. Here’s what you need to know.

This service is scheduled at about a year after you purchase your car or whenever you hit 10,000 miles. After that, you’ll switch to Service B maintenance which happens at around 20,000 miles or so. Each car may differ slightly, which is why the system was designed to be flexible. These suggestions are given for every model that is a 2009 or newer. If you need more information about any of the services performed, call Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs.

Each vehicle is serviced based on factory recommendations, and receives a thorough examination based on the year and model of the Mercedes-Benz. If you need more information about any of the services performed, call Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs for a more detailed explanation.
